Brasilia, one of the most respected names in the industry, has now put its experience into this prosumer machine--the “Mini Classic”. The Mini Classic is a wonderful combination of beauty and strength. The beauty is easy to see while the strength comes from within. You can see by the pictures that it has the famed E-61 Chrome plated brass brew group and a 58 mm portafilter. The E-61 uses a “thermo siphon” to circulate hot water from the boiler through the brew group to keep it hot, which is crucial for making a great espresso. It also has a brew pressure gauge, a steam pressure gauge and indicator lights for monitoring the status of the machine. The housing and cup warmer are a beautiful polished stainless steel. The frame, drip tray and drip grate are also made of stainless steel.
